HBRI Political Endorsements |
Only HBRI’s national board is able to make endorsement decisions, any endorsements provided by individual members are not considered an endorsement of the whole. While not against HBRI’s guidelines it is frowned upon for individual board members to make endorsements.

The purpose of any political endorsement is to show support and eventually elect candidates who support The Hispanic Business Roundtable Institute’s vision and mission. Through endorsements HBRI gains candidates’ recognition, improves communication with elected officials, advances HBRI’s policy agenda and builds credibilities with activist organizations.

Endorsements of political candidates are done on the basis of several criteria, not by political party affiliation. Agreement with every HBRI position is not required. Criteria may include:
